GENERAL INFORMATION
We offer a wide range of a la carte selections, so should one of these packages not be perfectly suited to your needs, we would be happy to customize a package within your budget. A full banquet package is available upon request.
Use our sommeliers expertise to suggest pairing wines for your customized menu.
We can also offer reception enhancers such as an oyster bar, carving station and sushi counter or the very elegant addition of a late evening dessert buffet.
Please do not hesitate to inform us of any special dietary requests.
Final confirmation and guaranteed numbers must be communicated to us 48
hours prior to your event, otherwise you may be charged
for the guaranteed number.
The Albany Club is proud to offer all premium products on the bar and an
excellent selection of wines from our cellar. The Albany Club Selection
Bordeaux from Mortimer, France is imported exclusively for our members
and their guests and is available for banquets and weddings at $30.00 per
bottle. A full banquet wine list and beverage menu is available on request.
Food or beverage items may not be brought into or out of the Club.
When offering more than one selection of a course, we ask that you please prepare table place cards to indicate each guest's choice in order to facilitate service.
To assist you in planning your event at the Albany Club please note the following:
Audio Visual
A house sound system is available in the Main Dining Room and the Sir John A. with a large selection of music channels available.
Teleconferencing can be arranged and is available in all private rooms.
Wireless internet is available throughout the building.
Screens are available in all rooms.
Any technical equipment not available in house can be ordered through our supplier or you are welcome to make your own arrangements.
House Policies
For Saturday & Sunday functions, a minimum of 80 people is required.
Placement of promotional material must be approved by Club management.
All guests visiting the Club must comply with Albany Club rules of conduct.
Dress code is business attire or smart casual. Jeans or denim are not accepted.
We request no outerwear in the rooms. Please use coat rooms.
Smoking is not permitted in the building.
Cellular telephones may be used in the private rooms at the discretion of the host. Cellular telephones may not be used in any public areas of the club. Important calls may be directed to the front desk.
The organizer agrees that their event will be conducted in a proper and orderly fashion in order not to disturb other functions or other members of the Club.
Guests may not use areas outside their private room unless accompanied by a member.
The host or organization holding the event will be responsible for any damage to the Club facilities. A damage deposit may be requested.
